WARRANTY AND SERVICE REGULATIONS

1. This Regulation, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on consumer protection (hereinafter referred to as the legislation), the provisions of the normative documentation of the conditions of the concluded agreements, defines the basic conditions for warranty service of household electric and gasoline instruments.

2. In the event that defects in products are discovered, consumers have the right to present the specified requirements to enterprises performing their functions at the location of the consumer (hereinafter referred to as service centers) within 12 months from the date of sale of the device.

3. During the warranty period, products with defects must be repaired or replaced with new ones of the same brand (model, modification). The decision on the advisability of repair or replacement of products remains with the service centers.

4. Warranty repairs are carried out in accordance with the type of tool:

4.1. Professional type - commercial use of the instrument, but not more than 6 (six) hours daily.
4.2. Household type - use of the tool for domestic needs, but not more than 20 (twenty) hours per month.

5. The warranty does not cover defects in products or accessories that arose as a result of:

5.1. Neglect or misuse; actions of third parties; violation of the conditions and rules of transportation, storage or use specified in the instruction, in particular the effect of ultra-high or ultra-low temperature, humidity, dust, fire traces, mechanical damage or damage by electrical action, any liquid falling inside the case, except where the instruction manual requires, insects, foreign substances, creatures and objects. It does not matter which part of the product is damaged.
5.2. Unauthorized testing, attempting, or making design changes; repair or maintenance by enterprises that are not granted the appropriate rights.
5.3. The warranty period is calculated from the day of retail sale.
5.4. Defective products or accessories during the warranty period are resolved by service centers.
5.5. Repair of products, devices with defects within the warranty period is carried out by service centers for free, for gasoline powered tools upon presentation of faulty products complete with a cutting tool (saw - with a tire and chain, trimmer - with a string head and / or disk), fuel in the tank ( for saws - fuel and oil for lubrication), and after the warranty expires - at the expense of consumers.
5.6. Defective products and accessories are accepted by authorized service centers for repairs within the warranty period upon presentation of the original duly filled warranty repair coupon with the seller’s seal (stamp) and documents confirming the fact and date of conclusion of the retail sale and purchase agreement (commodity, cashier’s check etc.). And also in the presence of a complete set (auxiliary handles, stops, cartridges, etc.) and the original packaging.
5.7. Responsibility for the quality of technical and warranty service of the products lies with the service center.
5.8. In the case when repair is not possible for technical reasons during the warranty period, the service center provides the consumer with an appropriate act, on the basis of which the consumer independently decides on the replacement or refund of the cost of products and accessories with defects directly with the business entity from whom they were purchased .

6. The warranty does not apply in cases of:

6.1. Use of electric, cordless, gas powered tools or pumping equipment for commercial purposes, as well as for other purposes.
6.2. Tools or pumping equipment are provided disassembled or with signs of self-opening.
6.3. Using blunt cutting tools.
6.4. Units and parts that are consumable and such that wear out quickly, which include: a saw chain, a saw bar, clutch and clutch springs (if there is an overheating color), a candle, a chain brake band, an air filter, a fuel filter, tank caps, string trimmer heads, trimmer cutting knives, flexible drive shafts, any screws and nuts, starter drive cord, auger and associated rubber sleeve. Repair with the replacement of the above nodes can be carried out by the service center at the request of the client and at his expense.

6.5. If the tool or pump equipment has the following symptoms of malfunctions:

  • occurrence (rolling) of the piston ring;
  • scratches and abrasions on the surface of the cylinder or piston;
  • arson of clutch springs, fusion of the starter mechanism;
  • breakage of the flexible shaft of the trimmer, cutting of the hexagonal landing hole on the body of the string head;
  • the presence of rust on the metal parts of the tool;
  • clogging with dust and dirt of the internal cavities of the instrument;
  • clogging of the cooling system with a lot of dirt, sawdust;
  • breaks and cuts in the connecting wires of the controls;
  • bent spindle;
  • mechanical damage to the power button;
  • parts are completely worn out as a result of heavy use;
  • changing the color of the motor winding;
  • damage to the plug due to an electric spark;
  • lack or replacement of a plug;
  • damage caused by overload or inadequate ventilation.

6.6. The warranty does not apply to devices and accessories if their replacement is not provided for by the design and is not related to the disassembly of the product:

  • rechargeable batteries, batteries, external power supplies and chargers;
  • suitcases, mounting devices, tools, documentation in the product kit;
  • cartridges with drills and perforators, oils, carbon brushes, power cords;
  • candles for petrol accessories, clutch elements, chains and guide rails.

Compliance with this regulation will provide you with a 12-month warranty. After the warranty period, we are not responsible for possible damage, but we will always provide you with technical advice and after-sales service.
